Our Company
Since its founding in 1988, MKG (WWW.MKG.ORG) has been an industry leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of compatible imaging solutions. We were one of the first companies to see the need for compatible laser toner cartridges, and to pioneer manufacturing systems that encouraged recycling while maintaining the highest quality standards.
We were also one of the first cartridge Remanufacturers to establish a dedicated engineering staff with a strong focus on research and product development. This focused approach to engineering has enabled us to introduce a number of manufacturing and product innovations, and to continuously improve the quality and range of our product offerings.
We have built our business by sticking to our core engineering and manufacturing strengths, and letting our partners use their powerful marketing networks to bring our products to market. As a result, you won't find our name on the products we produce, but you'd be surprised at the companies who sell our cartridges under their own brand names.

Since we began remanufacturing laser toner cartridges in 1988, MKG has gone to great pains to minimize our environmental footprint, as well as the negative impact of North American office printing on the environment. With almost 20 years of experience, the numbers speak for themselves. |

Recycling Council of Ontario
|
With more than 7,000,000 cartridges remanufactured to date, MKG has been able to divert approximately 17,500,000 pounds of waste plastics and metals from landfill by reusing OEM cores. Moreover, by eliminating the need to manufacture the heavy plastic portions of its toner cartridges, MKG has prevented the burning of almost 21,000,000 quarts of oil.
Aside from its remanufacturing efforts, MKG has also made the environment a priority in its daily operations. MKG is proud to be one of a small group of remanufacturers that recycles all waste materials.

MKG is proud to have been one of the first companies in the imaging industry to become ISO 9001:2000, CGSB, and STMC certified. For specific information regarding these important certifications, please click the links below.
ISO 9001:2000 is a certification recognized worldwide, giving testimony to the certified company's strict quality standards and solid business practices.
For resellers hoping to sell laser toner cartridges to the Canadian Government and many other large Canadian businesses, sourcing product from a CGSB registered company is mandatory.
STMC certification is the standard by which remanufacturers' quality systems are measured. Resellers can be confident in the testing methods employed by a remanufacturer that is STMC certified.
